Headed HAL Management Academy as Dean and later as Executive Director from 2005 to 2015. Visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore for Project Management for MBA Aerospace and Aviation program. Had presented a paper at ISTD National Conference on a Value Stream approach to L&D. Brought significant changes in HAL Management Academy and was recognized as Corporate Guru in 2014 on Teachers' day. Brings in his insights from Folk Theatre practices and Yoga to bear upon the adult learning processes. Has mentored several faculty and does mid-career mentoring.

Qualification: B Tech Mechanical (IIT Madras) 1976 PGDM IIM Bangalore 1981 Six Sigma Black belt from ASQ 2004 Work Experience of over 4 decades: Presently partner and Principal Facilitator at ILIFESigmoid. Previously worked at Bharat Electronics (1976-81), Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (2005-2015), Metal Box India Ltd. (1981-88), Lincoln Helios India Ltd (now part of SKF Bearings group) 1988-1997 and CarnaudMetalbox Tanzania Ltd. 1997-2001. Has been trained as a faculty for Learning Theatre and has designed workshops like "Leveraging Oneself for Role Transition" etc., Introduced a movement of Six Sigma, Project Management in HAL and writes customized caselets for training workshops.
